Strength In The Spark

She represents a life filled with the influence of many women. 

She is the still flickering light, shining softly from the women that poured love into my heart. 

She's the bold flame that tried ever so hard to overpower mine.  She's the one that told me to blend in and never shine bright for others to see.

She is the spark from the women that have re-lit my flame when I could no longer do it on my own.  

She's the energy of the women that believed in me when I couldn't believe in myself, the years where I didn't feel as though I belonged anywhere, and the ones where I was wrapped in love. 

She's the woman that aggressively blew out my light trying to shine hers brighter. 

She is the call to ALL women, asking them to shine for all to see.  The beauty of a single flame, bright enough to fill the entire room and deserving of it. 

She is ready.

She is me.

She is you.
